FAQ

The concerns are fair. So are the answers.

We asked ourselves the same questions before we built it. Every answer here is a real part of the system.

“I don’t expose my candidates.”

You don’t have to. The other side sees a code, role, experience and salary range. Name and phone stay behind glass until both sides sign, and the full CV is shared only after.

Protected until signing
“Half the fee? Why give up half?”

Because without the collaboration, this candidate stays in the drawer and there’s no fee at all. Half a placement beats zero, and it happens again and again.

“What if they go around me?”

Before a single identifying detail is revealed, both sides approve a collaboration agreement, clause by clause, and sign digitally.

“I don’t have time for another system.”

Upload once, and the system keeps checking for you. When there’s a match, it comes to you with the next step.

More questions

What does another recruiter see about my candidate?
Before signing — anonymized information only: field, seniority, salary range and job type, the description and requirements with every company identifier removed, and the match score with its reasoning. No name, CV, contact details, or company name. Full disclosure — only after both sides sign.
Who sees my jobs?
Recruiters in the network see the role, requirements, salary range and job description. The company name is protected until signing.
What stops someone from going around me?
Three layers: full confidentiality until signature; a managed conversation where the system blocks the contact details it detects and flags borderline cases for the admins to review; and a binding agreement with clear consequences for breach. The agreement is what protects the fee, even if something slips past the check.
How is the placement fee divided?
Equally between the two recruiters: 45% to whoever brought the candidate, 45% to whoever brought the opening, and 10% to the system. The fee is calculated on the placed candidate's gross monthly salary, at the percentage agreed with the client.
What does it cost?
There’s a free plan to get to know the network, and a monthly plan at ₪199. On every shared placement the fee is split equally between the candidate side and the job side. Full details on the pricing page.
When does the system collect?
Only after a successful placement clears its warranty period, per the terms of use.
What happens to the CVs I upload?
The system extracts the professional data and deletes the file. After signing, both sides receive the signed agreement and a summary document, and exchange full CVs directly.
What happens after both sides sign?
Full candidate and opening details are disclosed to both recruiters, and the process continues jointly. When the candidate is hired, the placement is confirmed and the system settles the split.
How is the match score set?
The AI examines each candidate-opening pair — professional fit, career path, and domain compatibility — and presents a reasoned score. You see why, not just how much.
Who can join?
Independent recruiters and boutique firms operating in Israel. Registration is open — and every application is reviewed and approved personally, so the network stays professional and trustworthy.
How do you verify who is behind each account?
Every application includes a LinkedIn profile, reviewed personally before approval, and the card on file is verified too. No ID scan or upload is needed.
How long does joining take?
Registration takes a few minutes. Your application is reviewed personally, and you'll get an email once approved — then you're in.
